Pearl River Bridge Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce is the authentic Chinese flavour enhancer and can be used to season all types of dishes in all different cuisines, such as:

  • Stir Frying: Vegetables
  • Dipping: Seafood, Spring Rolls, Wonton
  • Marinating: Fish fillets

Selected Non-GMO soybean, wheat flour is fermented using the traditional technique of fermentation of more than 100 days’ natural sunshine before being filtered and packaged.    It is the first drawing from the fermentation process, giving  it a rich soybean aroma that is fresh and delicious,  suitable for use as a dipping sauce, in stir fry and added to marinades.
Golden Label Superior Light soy sauce is suitable for many Australian and Chinese dishes.
