Pearl River Bridge Mushroom Flavoured Superior Dark Soy Sauce is the authentic Chinese flavour enhancer and can be used to season all types of dishes in all different cuisines, such as:

  • Stir Frying: Noodles, Rice
  • Dipping: Dim Sum, Spring Rolls, Wonton, Crispy Duck
  • Marinating: Chicken Drumsticks & Wings, all other meats

Selected Non-GMO soybean, wheat flour and extract of mushroom is fermented using the traditional technique of fermentation of more than 100 days’ natural sunshine before being filtered and packaged,  giving its’ special mushroom flavour and golden coating effect, excellent for marinating and coating meats and vegetables, making it suitable for many Australian and Chinese dishes.
