Selected Non-GMO soybean, wheat flour and extract of mushroom is fermented using the traditional technique of fermentation of more than 100 days’ natural sunshine before being filtered, giving its’ special mushroom flavour and golden coating effect, excellent for marinating and coating meats and vegetables, suitable for many Australian and Chinese dishes.
